Step 1

Measure around your bra band with your bra on.

To this measurement, add 5 if the number is odd or add 6 if the number is even. For example, if you measure 29 inches, add 5 to get 34 inches.

When you measure 33 inches or over, add 3 inches instead of 5 inches.

After 36 inches, think of adding in 1 inch.

Step 2

To determine cup size, measure from the sternum over the fullest part of the remaining breast to the centre of the back. It's best to measure over the bra.

Once you have this measurement, double it. Don't round up or down.

Step 3

Subtract band size from cup measurement to determine cup size.
